Installing AccessPress Pro Theme (Administration Panel)

Get a copy of Accesspress Pro Theme
-
Log in to the WordPress Administration Panel.
-
Click on Appearance -> Themes -> Add New
-
Click on Upload Theme button at the top and browse the downloaded zip file in your computer.
-
Click on Install button and then Activate the theme.

Installing AccessPress Pro Theme (Cpanel / ftp)
-
Get a copy of Accesspress Pro Theme
-
Unzip the downloaded zip file.
-
Upload the unzipped file in to /wp-content/themes/
-
Now, activate the theme by going to Appearance -> Themes in the wordpress dashboard.
-
Activate the AccessPress Pro and Click on “Theme Option” in the Appearance Menu in the Dashboard.
-
Backup your existing theme folder
-
Copy the files inside "accesspress-pro" folder from the zip file of the latest version of Accesspress Pro Theme.

Enter the theme's admin panel and save your options.
-
Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings ->

Click on "Import Demo"

Choose the Template Color
-
Go to Dashboard
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
-
Select the Template color

Upload Fav Icon
-
Go to Dashboard
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
-
Find the Upload Favicon field
-
Upload the favicon with the size 16X16 or 32X32 and PNG format

Choose webpage Layout
-
Go to Dashboard
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
-
Find the Webpage Layout section
-
Choose Fullwidth if you want to extend the website to the edges
-
Choose Boxed if you want website to contain in a fixed width
Enable/Disable Responsive Desgin
-
Go to Dashboard
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
-
Uncheck "Disable Resonsive Desgin?" Option if you want your site to be responsive.
-
Check "Disable Resonsive Desgin?" Option if you want your site be non-responsive.

Background Image/Pattern
-
Go to Dashboard Appearance -> Theme Options -> Basic Settings
-
Choose the custom background image/pattern from available images
OR (Upload Your own background-image)
-
Find Upload Custom Background Image
-
Click the Upload button
-
It will open a new window
-
Browse the image and upload
-
You can upload the any pattern of image of your choice

Choose Home Page Layout
-
Go to Dashboard
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Page Settings.
-
Select any one layout among three layouts.
-
Click on Save Options.

Setting Welcome Post
-
Go to Dashboard
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Page Settings.
-
Select the Welcome Post From the "Welcome Post" Drop Down List.
-
Configure Other Settings (e.g 'Show Full Contents', 'Read More Button Text' etc..).
-
Click on "Save Options".

Configure Event Section (Home Page)
-
Go to Dashboard.
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Page Settings.
-
Uncheck "Disable Event section?" Under "Event Section" Topic to Show the Events and vice versa.
-
Configure Other Settings for event sections (e.g 'Event Section Title', 'No of Posts' etc..)
-
Click on Save Options.

Note: You may replace this event section with the widget block too by clicking 'widgets' under event section and setting the widgets to display.

Setting Featured Posts
-
Go to Dashboard
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Page Settings.
-
Under Featured Post Blocks
-
Choose the number of posts to display as feature posts from "No of Featured post to show" drop down list. (Max 9)
-
Choose the number of posts to display (either 3/4) from "No of columns per row" Dropdown List.
-
Set the Featured Post 1 through 9 as per your requirement.
-
Set other options ("Featured Post Character" & "Read More Button Text") as per your requirement.
-
Check "Show Font Awesome icon for Featured Post?" Option to show the Font Awesome Icons for respective Featured Posts.
-
Uncheck "Show Font Awesome icon for Featured Post?" Option to Show the Featured image for Featured Posts.

Setting Featured Widgets
-
Go to Dashboard
-
Appearance -> Widgets.
-
Set the widgets - Featured Bar Column one, Featured Bar Column Two & Featured Bar Column Three as per requirement.
-
Click on "Save Options".

Configure Clients Logo
-
Go to Dashboard
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Home Page Settings.
-
Under "Clients/Partners Logo" Section.
-
Set your custom heading for "Clients Logo" in "Client/Partner Logo Heading" textbox.
-
Check "Show Clients/Parters logo Slider" to show the "Client/Partner Logo" section in home page else leave it unchecked.
-
Click on "Save Options".

Go to Dashboard.
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Call to Action (Home).
-
Configure the options like ('Background color', 'Text Color' etc..) as per requirement.

Leaving the "Text field" empty will prevent "Call to Action from dispaying & Leaving the "Read More Text" to blank will prevent it "read more" button from displaying".
Adding Slider Images
-
Go to Dashboard
-
Appearance -> Appearance -> Theme Options -> Slider Images.
-
Click on "Add New Slider" button.
-
Add/Edit the "Caption Header".
-
Add/Edit the "Caption Description".
-
Add/Edit the "Read More Text".
-
Upload the Background & Foreground Image for the slider.
-
Click on "Save Options".

Continue same steps as above for adding other slider images.
-
Go to Dashboard.
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Slider Settings.
-
Set the "Show Slider" to "Show" to show and "Hide" to hide the slider.
-
Set the "Select Slider Type" to the one your prefer to use from available Slider types ("AccessPress Lite Slider", "AccessPress Pro Slider", "Revolution Slider").
-
Add the Revolution slider shortcode under "Revoluition Slider Shortcode" if you wish to use Revolution slider.
-
Choose any one slider mode from available. (Applies to "AccessPress Pro Slider only") from "Choose the Slider Mode" option.

Set the height for slider in "AccessPress Pro Slider Height".
-
Set Other Slider options (e.g. "Show Slider Controls (Arrows)", "Show Slider Controls (Arrows)" etc...) as per your requirement.

Click on "Save Options".

Configuring Typography

Go to Dashboard.

Appearance -> Theme Options ->Typography.

Set the Options (e.g "Fonts for Heading1-6)", "font for Body Text" etc..) as per requirement.

Click on Save Options.

Go to Dashborad

Appearance -> Theme Options -> Post/Page Settings.

Check "Enable Comments in Pages?" to display the comments section in pages else leave it unchecked.

Click on "Save Options".

Check "Enable Comments in Posts?" to display the comments section in pages else leave it unchecked.

Click on "Save Options".
Enabing/Disabling Navigation for posts.

Check "Enable Previous/Next Pagination in Posts?" to display the comments section in pages else leave it unchecked.

Configure Portfolio Page

Go to Dashborad

Appearance -> Theme Options -> Portfolio Settings.

Check "Full Width Portfolio" option to display the portfolio with 100% width (displays no sidebar) else leave it unchecked.

Select a sidebar from "Select the Sidebar to display" dropdown list.

Set "Portfolio Archive Page Layout" "Grid" or "List" as per your preference.

Select the number of portfolios to dispaly from "No of columns in Grid Layout" dropdown list.

Set the Number of characters to display as Portfolio excerpts in "No of columns in Grid Layout" textbox.

Click on Save Options.
Configure Portfolio Single Page

Go to Dashborad

Appearance -> Theme Options -> Portfolio Settings.

Select the sidebar from "Select the Left Sidebar to display" dropdown list to display the sidebar in "Left Sidebar".
Left Sidebar displays on portfolio single page only if the portfolio post has been created with left sidebar selected.

Select the sidebar from "Select the Right Sidebar to display" dropdown list to display the sidebar in "Right Sidebar".
Right Sidebar displays on portfolio single page only if the portfolio post has been created with right sidebar selected.

Check "Show Social sharing button" Option to have Social Sharing buttons in portfolios single page else leave it unchecked.

Check "Enable Previous/Next Pagination" Option to have prev/next navigation in portfolios sinlge page else leave it unchecked.

Check "Show featured image" to display the featured image in portfolios single page else leave it unchecked.

Configure Event Page

Go to Dashborad
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Event Settings.

Check "Full Width Event" option to display the Event with 100% width (displays no sidebar) else leave it unchecked.

Select a sidebar from "Select the Sidebar to display" dropdown list.

Set "Event Archive Page Layout" "Grid" or "List" as per your preference.

Select the number of Events to dispaly from "No of columns in Grid Layout" dropdown list.

Set the Number of characters to display as Event excerpts in "No of columns in Grid Layout" textbox.

Click on Save Options.
Configure Event Single Page

Go to Dashborad

Appearance -> Theme Options -> Event Settings.

Select the sidebar from "Select the Left Sidebar to display" dropdown list to display the sidebar in "Left Sidebar".
Sidebar displays only if you've configured Event posts with left sidebar.

Select the sidebar from "Select the Right Sidebar to display" dropdown list to display the sidebar in "Right Sidebar".
Sidebar displays only if you've configured Event posts with right sidebar.

Check "Show Social sharing button" Option to have Social Sharing buttons in Events single page else leave it unchecked.

Check "Enable Previous/Next Pagination" Option to have prev/next navigation in Events sinlge page else leave it unchecked.

Check "Show featured image" to display the featured image in Events single page else leave it unchecked.

Configuring Faq Settings

Go to Dashborad

Appearance -> Theme Options -> Faqs Settings.

Set "Show Answer" to "Always Show" or "Always Show" as per your preference.

Click on "Save Options".
Full Width Faq
-
Go to Dashborad
-
Appearance -> Theme Options -> Faqs Settings.

select the sidebar from "Select the Right Sidebar to display" to display it in faq page.

Click On "Save Options".

Appearance -> Theme Options -> Breadcrumb Settings.

Check "Display Breadcrumbs" to display breadcrumbs in pages else leave it unchecked.

Click on "Save Options".

Check "Disable Social icons in header?" option to prevent Social links to display in header else leave it unchecked.

A shortcode is a WordPress-specific code that lets you do nifty things with very little effort. Shortcodes can embed files or create objects that would normally require lots of complicated, ugly code in just one line. Shortcode = shortcut.

Grid
A grid is a series of vertical and horizontal lines that are used to subdivide a page vertically and horizontally into margins, columns, inter-column spaces, lines of type and spaces between blocks of type and images.

You can select no. of columns

Select the width of column (The sum of column should be six)

Example: In no. of column option, if you choose 1 column then the first column width should be upto six and should not exceed more than 6


Divider
Divider is a separator line.

You can select border color, border style, border thickness, border width, top spacing and bottom spacing of divider

Spacing
Spacing is blank space between images or paragraph.

Insert the Spacing Height between images or paragraph.
-
In Elements you’ll see eight options; Testimonial, Team, Social Icons, Toggle Call To Action, Slider, Tab and List Style.

Testimonials
Click on Shortcodes > Elements > Testimonial

Insert Client’s Name

Make sure you've have installed and activated "revolution slider" plugin.
